We know that you don't want to wait days for your order to arrive. That's why we offer two delivery services!
Royal Mail UK Mainland Tracked 24 service (Next day)
This means if you order by 2pm Monday-Friday you will receive your Jersey Girl items the next day! (…and don’t worry, if you order before 2pm on Friday we will deliver on Saturday.)
Royal Mail UK Mainland Tracked 48 (Two working days)
This means if you order by 2pm Monday-Friday you will receive your Jersey Girl within two working days.
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £75 - UK MAINLAND
Jersey Girl Official offer free delivery on all orders over £75!
National holidays may affect deliveries.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification advising of this.
Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?
Contact us - we will do anything we can to help.
If an item sent by Royal Mail has not been received it within the delivery date, please email customercare@jerseygirlofficial.com with your order number and we’ll try to help.
UK Delivery Costs:
Express UK Delivery 1 working day (Tracked and Signed) - £4.99 - Order before 2pm.
Standard UK Delivery 2 working days (Tracked and Signed) - FREE – Order before 2pm.
Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £75 - Order by 2pm.
International Delivery Costs:
EU Delivery - £14.99 - 3-7 Working Days
Rest of World - £18.99 - 7-9 Working Days

Christmas & New Year Delivery Times:
Please note that delivery times may vary over the Christmas and New Year period. Any order made on the 25th or 26th December will be sent out on the 27th and any order made on the 1st January will be sent out on the 2nd January. The new cut off time over the Christmas period will be 10.30am.
